Alba Batik Camp Shirt | Mirk
Definitely one not to be missed, this Alba Batik Camp Shirt is a well-loved classic equipped with a relaxed collar, contrasting colour buttons and a chest pocket.
Intricately hand-painted using the Indonesian ancient technique of wax-resist by our batik maestro, Mas Ta together with his collective in Central Java, each shirt is only produced one in each motif, leaving a soft, sleek texture of raw cotton yarns. Delicate yet versatile, this hand-dyed batik shirt will show stronger hues as time goes, just like all of our naturally dyed products are.
Model is 175cm / 5ft 7in. and wears a size M. This shirt fits true to size with an intentionally longer body length.
Due to the nature of our batik technique, each piece is unique
and no carbon copy ever exists. Hence a slight variation in colours, patterns and textures are to be appreciated as it should not be viewed as faulty.
This piece is naturally dyed and ethically handmade out of 100% pure unbleached cotton, grown locally in Indonesia.
- Cold hand wash is recommended
- Flat dry in shade
- Warm iron if desired
Our plant-based natural dyes are colorfast. However, no dyeing chemicals means small color runs / slight fading may appear where the natural mordant has not taken to the fabric. Refer to our care for more info.
Carbon-neutral delivery is complimentary within Australia. Refer to our FAQ for more shipping and delivery info.
The measurements below are a guide to our RŪPAHAUS sizes. There may be slight differences between garments as all pieces are handmade.
