We ship worldwide and partner with Australia Post for all standard deliveries.

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email, followed by a dispatch notification with tracking details. Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (AWST) from Perth, Western Australia. All shipments are sent registered with tracking.

International Custom & Duties

International shipments may incur customs clearance requirements and import duties, which are payable by the customer upon arrival.

Please allow 7 – 27 business days for your order to be delivered.

RŪPAHAUS is not responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be incurred at your country’s borders. We are legally obligated to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
