This tubular scarf (or also known as Snood) is made out of two mirror panels of Sumbanese handwoven textiles. Smooth-surfaced and naturally dyed, the Lum scarf creates a beautiful contrast to your outfit as well as keeping you warm at all times.
100% locally grown Indonesian raw cotton fibres.
Lūm textiles express the Sumbanese traditions through the hand weaving techniques using a backstrap loom.
The Indigo tone has undergone cold-dyeing process using Indigofera Tinctoriaplants, whereas the Lava tone is achieved by hand-dying the yarns using local Morinda roots, a native flora to the Sumbanese soil.
